Mandy Moore recorded a version of the Beach Boys' song God Only Knows with Michael Stipe for the 2004 movie Saved!, costarring alongside Jena Malone, Macaulay Culkin and Mary-Louise Parker. It is a delightful movie, and this version of the song very sweet.
I have this movie on DVD and absolutely love it. The story is great!
