I have been a fan of Pete Yorn since he released a great debut album, musicforthemorningafter, in 2001. Yorn combined his rock roots with amazing songwriting to just really take to the forefront of rock music for the new millennium, earning a four-star review from Rolling Stone, and being named an artist to watch by the music magazine. Last year, he recorded an album with actress Scarlett Johansson that scored pretty well on the charts.
Not long ago, Yorn played a show in Philadelphia in affiliation with WXPN and NPR, which can be found online. To make it easier, you can just hit the play button below, and hear the entire concert. I did, and loved it. Seemed like a great way to spend a Friday night, listening to a hot-looking man singing.

His first CD is pretty brilliant, but I was a bit letdown since. I do like his new single, "Rock Crowd", though.
