SyFy's Being Human • 'Ruh Roh'

This is the season finale of Being Human, Season 3 Episode 13 of the SyFy Channel's version of the great series first produced on the BBC. Since the early episodes of the series, the SyFy version, set in Boston, Massachusetts, found a narrative of its own, allowing the ghost, the vampire, and the werewolf to step out of the shadowy constraints of the British original and find a life of their own. I love both series!

SyFy's Being Human stars Sam Huntington, Sam Witwer, and Meaghan Rath photo BHUSS03E13_001_zpse2dfa920.jpg

Last week, we were left with amazing mixed emotions as Josh and Nora married due to the insistence of his sister, Emily. They went on their honeymoon, only to be followed by Liam McLean. We know Liam has been relentless in his trying to find out who killed his purebred werewolf cubs Brynn and Connor. And while we know it was Nora who took out Brynn, we are also aware Aiden admitted to killing her while Liam was torturing him. Liam was also the wolf who returned the curse to Josh, as he was rescuing Aiden. And speaking of the sexy vampire, Aiden seemed truly happy dating Kat. So much so, he doesn't seem to notice that while Kenny lays in the basement, certain deformities are starting to appear. Of course, he was distracted not only by Kat, but with preparations for and officiating at the wedding, as well as joining Josh and Sally in her attempt to battle Donna for her soul. Yes, Sally's zombie life had ended, and her friends the werewolf and the vampire passed through the door to fight the practitioner of Black Arts. While Josh took on a reanimated Ray, Sally and Aiden went to battle with Donna, and eventually were victorious. Sally returned to being a ghost, clothed in the great dress Nora gave her just before her passing. But were they truly the winners? As people came and went in the house, the candles lit up, went out, all while Sally looked on frightened. What is next for our favorite supernatural trio? After all they have been through together, what is next?

As the season finale begins, we find Liam talking to Nora outside her honeymoon cottage, and soon they are joined by Josh. Nora tells him to leave, but he isn't budging. Liam is there to warn them that their belief in the vampire virus cure is misplaced. He wants them to go with him somewhere. And he pulls a gun to enhance the invitation... Back at the house, Aiden and Kat are sharing an intimate evening, with leftover reception food either being an aphrodisiac or a sinfully delicious foreplay toy.

Sally pops in for a moment, disturbing Aiden. At first he tries to send Kat away to deal with Sally, but his lust gets the best of him. Upstairs in her room, Sally chats with herself on the bed. I mean, literally chats with her dead corpse. She seems to have a secret we have yet to hear about.

Nora and Josh follow Liam into what looks like an abandoned building, explaining they need to see something. Josh still cannot trust the man, and wished they had a phone to call Aiden, though Nora doesn't want to drag the vampire into this werewolf soap opera. They follow him into the empty building, not sure what is waiting for them. What he brings them to is a pile of bodies. They are vampires, after having drank werewolf blood. They are creating a new species. Back at the house, Aiden is in bed, naked with Kat, and he takes my breath away in a few of the shots. He starts to remember his life with his wife, and his son. He is still hiding from people, for fear of how they will react to his coming back from the dead.

He is awakened by Sally, who needs him to see about Kenny. He is banging in the basement, and when he gets there, Kenny's head is deformed, swollen and pitted. Aiden tries to calm him. Back with the others, Liam is talking to Josh and Nora, and trying to take them into his pack. The resist vocally, with Josh and Liam getting heavy. Suddenly, Nora announces she killed Brynn. Back in the basement, Aiden and Sally try to sooth Kenny, who wonders aloud what he has become. He drinks blood from a hospital bag, and is angry and confused. Aiden is not sure what has happened, but wants to try to figure it out. Sally tries to help, but as they talk, they hear a scream upstairs. Aiden runs to the scream, recognizing it is Kat. She is up in Sally's room, looking at the rotting body in the bed. Aiden tries to explain, but is not sure what to say. Sally panics, slamming the door shut. Kat is freaked out, and runs out. Sally apologizes to him,but when he runs after Kat, she is gone.

After the break, Liam shoves Josh and Nora into the fenced area with the bodies, and they start waking up. He gives them a wooden stake, wanting them to kill all the vampire mutants. One came after them, and Josh kills him. Then another, and the woman throws Josh aside before Nora stakes her. Josh then sees a can of gasoline, and wants to set the pile of bodies aflame. Back at the house, Aiden is talking with Kenny, trying to offer him wise words, although he can't quite come up with the answers. It reminds Aiden of a time with his son. The boy came to Aiden, to tell him the villagers had figured it out, and were calling both Aiden and his wife were the work of the Devil. Back in present day, Aiden and Sally talk about their desire for a family, and the mistakes they have made to try to get one. As they talk, Liam comes in, and shoots Aiden in the forehead. He has come to kill Aiden's "son", but the vampire won't tell him where Kenny is. Liam shoots him a few more times, and then hears Kenny yelling from the basement. Liam goes down there, and Sally appears near Kenny, and Aiden falls down the steps. Liam grabs a shovel, and smacks Aiden with it. He also stabs him with a pipe in the stomach. Then he breaks the shovel off, and moves to stake Kenny. Sally screams, and the handle bursts into flames. Josh and Nora come in, and Josh goes after the werewolf. Liam takes out Josh, and then Nora. While she is out on the floor, Kenny feeds from her. Liam makes a move to kill more, but Aiden grabs him and pulls him in to himself, impaling the purebred on the stake. He turns into the wolf, and dies. Everyone notices that Kenny is feeding, and pull him away, and Josh cradles his wife.

They all wake up, and Aiden is drinking from a bag, looking out of sorts. Josh is sitting with Nora, who looks drained but alive. Aiden goes out, to see what he can do about Kat. But first Josh asks him about Kenny, and Aiden knows what he needs to do. But first, to deal with Kat. He goes to see Blake, hoping she can compel Kat to forget all she saw. Back at the house, Nora wants to talk to Josh about his relationship to his wolf, and how he not only didn't get to kill his maker, he showed no signs of wanting to do it. He agreed, talking about how recent history has changed him. Blake knocks on Kat's door, and enters her house. Aiden soon joins her, and Kat freaks out. She tries to call the cops, but Aiden stops her.

After the break, Blake has compelled Kat to forget about seeing Sally's corpse, and to remember what a wonderful time she had at the wedding. She puts her to sleep, and leaves after reminding Adien he owes her a favor. He hugs Kat. Cut to the woods, and Aiden is walking with Kenny. The new vampire understands what is about to happen, but wants to talk. Aiden flashes back to colonial times, and the villagers murdering his wife. Aiden runs up with Isaac in his arms, and as the villagers attack and beat him, he tells his son to run. After Isaac is out of sight, he takes his revenge on the people. It ends with a primal scream, and Aiden back with a pleading Kenny. He grabs him like he did the preacher, but then looks into his eyes, and tells him to run. He lets Kenny run away.

Back with the trio, Josh is burying Sally's body in her grave, and they walk away to give Sally a moment alone with her body. Once they were away, Josh asks about Kenny. Aiden lied, and told him the boy never had a chance. Back at the house, Aiden talks to Sally about things, and asks about them doing something together. They chat, and bring up last night was the first night Josh turned again. Sally brings up Kat, and Adien avoids answering, and leaves. Sally is alone in the house, and Donna is sitting on the stairs, and she talks to Sally, telling her they are linked. But Donna wants to leave the house, for Sally is too strong there. In fact, Sally, Aiden, and Josh are the strongest beings Donna has come across in a very long time. Sally threatens to fight back, but Donna pushes her down the steps once again, and the stoop begins to crumble. Quickly, Sally fights to climb out, but Donna pulls her back down. They disappear, and the stairs and stoop repair themselves, like nothing had ever happened.

After an exceedingly long commercial, we see Aiden walking down the street, alone and distant. Soon, a cab pulls over, and a beautiful women gets out, and seems to have her eyes on Aiden, and walks down the street. In the woods, Nora wakes up after being a wolf all night, and calls out to Josh. She walks a bit, and then she hears growling. She sees a huge wolf, and realizes it is Josh, with the blood of the purebred in him now. She is worried about her husband, and then the credits roll. SyFy's Being Human * Always A Bridesmaid, Never Alive'

This is Being Human Season 3 Episode 11 of the SyFy Channel's version of the great series first produced on the BBC. Since the early episodes of the series, the SyFy version, set in Boston, Massachusetts, found a narrative of its own, allowing the ghost, the vampire, and the werewolf to step out of the shadowy constraints of the British original and find a life of their own. I love both series!

Left to right: Sam Huntington, Meaghan Rath, and Sam Witwer, aka Josh, Sally, and Aiden.

Last week, we were left hanging as Aiden was turning Kenny in the basement of the house. Sally had gone to the funeral home to say goodbye to sexy Max, before heading over to visit with Ilana. She was the psychic who tried to exorcise Sally out of the house, and later directed Josh and Nora to the witch, Donna Gilchrist. After the visit, Donna sent a henchman over to check out what they were up to. Ilana didn't tell him anything, and was was killed by the henchman, Ray. Josh and Nora were planning their wedding, hoping to make sure to have Sally with them, before she is overcome by the desire to eat live human flesh. And Josh was still recovering from his bachelor party, when he was attacked by a vampire stripper, who was dispatched by Aiden with a wooden spike. That threw Josh's sister in a tizzy, getting on her last lesbian nerve. With only two more episodes remaining this season, the action continues to come at us at a breakneck speed, and I can't wait to find out what is happening tonight.

SyFy's Being Human Season 3 Episode 12 photo BeingHumanUSS03E12_0005_zpsb985797b.jpg

The episode begins with shot of a naked body on a table, marked to butchered on a table, It is Sally, looking nervous as witch Donna Gilchrist, who is sharpening her knives. Sally wakes up from this nightmare, and chants the spell Ilana told her she needed to fight Donna. Cut to Aiden, crouching in a corner of the basement, nervously waiting for Kenny to wake up. Josh is awake in bed, looking like a wounded puppy. Nora wakes up, and they discuss the upcoming wedding. Nora doesn't need a big wedding, just the wolf she loves. Back in the basement, Aiden grows more anxious, and chains up Kenny's feet. Nora and Josh come downstairs to find the living room decorated for a wedding, with a bridal Chuppah. Nora is moved, and Josh admits it wasn't he who decorated. They go to the kitchen, and find Aiden cooking, after having decorated the living room. Seems Aiden will be the officiate, decorator, and caterer for the wedding. With a knock on the door, Nora is surprised with the appearance of Kat, her bestie. But Kat is hurt, for after making love to Kat, Aiden left before she woke up. While giving them room to talk, Nora goes upstairs to check in on Sally, who is nearing death, rotting from the inside out. Nora rushed downstairs, only to find Kat and Aiden kissing, having made up. But she calls him into the kitchen, and she, Josh and Aiden discuss what to do about their friend. Upstairs, they talk about what is to come, and Aiden insists on going through the door with Sally, and fighting Donna. Josh goes downstairs to talk with Nora, upset. He fears they made the wrong decision to bring back Sally, but she knows what he is really saying - he is going with Aiden to help defeat the witch. Nora admits his loyalty is one of the reasons she decided to marry him in the first place, and will be the reason she will marry him the minute he returns.

SyFy's Being Human Season 3 Episode 12 photo BeingHumanUSS03E12_0008_zpsc6f41680.jpg

Up in Sally's room, Nora announces she has shopped for new outfits for Sally to die in, so she can love the outfit she is wearing when she comes back to haunt them again. But suddenly Sally feels weak, and tells Nora it is time. They are joined by Aiden and Josh, when she offers a necklace to Nora, as something borrowed for the wedding. They have a moment, and Josh apologizes for bringing her back, but she tells him it is worth it. She asks about dying, and Aiden tells her it is scary, but if she gives into it, all will be okay. She tells the boys she loves them, and had a blast with them. They are crying, and Sally takes her last breath.

SyFy's Being Human Season 3 Episode 12 photo BeingHumanUSS03E12_0002_zps719bb2a3.jpg

After a break, Sally is coming back as a ghost, and only Aiden can talk to her. He wants to arm up for the fight with Donna, so he puts his fist in her chest, and rips out her heart. Soon the door appears, and the trio go though it, leaving Nora alone. Through the door, Josh is with his wolf, while Revolutionary Aiden hears his son calling. Only Isaac is not as he remembers, and attacks him. Much like Josh's wolf. They wake up, and are in the soup kitchen, only run down and covered with debris. They hear a voice, and it is Ray. Josh will take him on, and sends Aiden and Sally to take on Donna. They get to the witch, who is feeling less than friendly with the pair. She goes straight for the knives, and Aiden cues Sally to repeat the incantation. Donna deflects whatever that was to do, and comes for her.

SyFy's Being Human Season 3 Episode 12 photo BeingHumanUSS03E12_0006_zpsb2ee85b5.jpg

Another commercial break comes, and it seems like the time between them is flying, with so much excitement in the show! But when they return, we are with Josh, who is being pursued by Ray. He tries to talk through the situation, announcing that the violence must stop. He tells him the killing is with him every day, and he sends what he can to his family. Ray comes for him. Back in the kitchen, the incantation seems to be having some effect on Donna, crumbling to the floor. Back with Josh, he seems to be getting the better of the fight, but then Ray transforms into his wolf. Suddenly, Donna is getting back up with Sally and Aiden, looking very aged, but still strong. Aiden seems ready to try something, only to be deflected and rendered unconscious on the floor. Back in the other room, Ray's wolf is attacking, and with a machete, Josh beheads the wolf, as well as the man. Donna is talking to Sally, telling her people can never resist seeking out the people from their past, and renegotiations are always going to happen, and she will always get the souls. Aiden wakes up, and puts Sally's heart into the fire. The flames seem to consume Donna, only she is able to control them, and throw them at Sally, who is engulfed in flames. She turns to Aiden, and tells him she loves him. She does the same to Josh, who has come in the room. She burns, and Donna breaks up her ashes, and Donna consumes them.

SyFy's Being Human Season 3 Episode 12 photo BeingHumanUSS03E12_0009_zpsd9c676ed.jpg

Another commercial, and Donna is back to normal, being smug. But suddenly Donna begins to glow, and quickly explodes. The power of the trio seemed too much for the witch. Josh looks confused, and Aiden so very happy. He announces they have defeated her, and they are back in Sally's room, and she is with them. Both Aiden and Nora can see her, but Josh cannot, so he wants to postpone the wedding until the full moon, when he will see her. They are on the stoop, chatting, and Josh's sister Emily comes in, announcing she is confused by them, and maybe even a bit afraid, but she also likes the werewolves and vampire more than most people. And she won't let them delay the wedding, for, after all, this lesbian is wearing a dress! So in they go, and Aiden officiates the duo, with Kat and Emily standing up for them. Josh wrote his own vows, but had such a beautiful speech about how life is a series of accidents, and they were what brought him to her. Everyone is in tears, and Nora kisses him, jumping the gun a bit. She didn't write her own vows, and just tells Josh she loves him. They rush go out to the car, and drive off on their honeymoon, leaving a lesbian, a vampire, a ghost and a vampire's girlfriend to wave to them. Before she leaves, Emily goes in and blows out some candles, only to have them flare up as she leaves. Sally sees it and is frightened, but they go out when Aiden and Kat come into the house. While they chat about food, we see Kenny in the basement, looking unrecognizable. Cut to the kids on the honeymoon, with a sexy Josh kissing Nora, then mentioning going out to get some firewood. Nora refuses to conform to the idea her husband will cater to her like that, so she goes outside. Of course, Liam McLean is there, congratulating her. And the episode is over...

Being Human • "If I Only Had A Raw Brain"

This is Being Human Season 3 Episode 11 of the SyFy Channel's version of the great series first produced on the BBC. Since the early episodes of the series, the SyFy version, set in Boston, Massachusetts, found a narrative of its own, allowing the ghost, the vampire, and the werewolf to step out of the shadowy constraints of the British original and find a life of their own. I love both series!

SyFy's Being Human photo beinghuman585_zpsff10252e.jpg

Last week, we were left hanging as both Nick and Stevie left us, their zombiefied second lives cut short to stop them from eating more flesh. That left only Sally, whose hunger for flesh grows stronger and stronger. Sally was worried her time was coming, even if Josh was looking for a solution. Aiden was not doing much better, as he is having blackouts, waking up in odd alley's, unsure of who he might be drinking. And while he just started a relationship with Nora's best friend Kat, I am not sure she will love the fact that he drained her ex-boyfriend. Or that he told the vampires the cure to the virus killing them is drinking werewolf blood, even if they promised to stay away from Josh & Nora. They did go after Sally's new buddy Pete, and almost got Josh when he went to see him. But we also learned Aiden and his wife struggled in the 1700s, trying to have a baby. It took several heartbreaking attempts to have their son, just a few years before he went off to war. What will happen this week? I think we will have to watch and learn for ourselves.

SyFy's Being Human Season 3 Episode 11 photo SyFyS3E11_012_zps080c589f.jpg

The episode opens with Josh and Aiden chatting in a hospital stairwell. Aiden wants names of vampires, but Josh can't remember them. He just wished he could have helped Pete. They exchange words, and while Josh understands he was trying to protect Nor and himself, he is still upset about Pete. Aiden goes to visit Kenny, who is packing his things, wanting to get out. A bone marrow transplant is scheduled, but he wants out, and asks Aiden to turn him. He doesn't want to go through the months of treatment, feeling sick, so either Aiden helps him out, or he'll call Blake. Faced with that choice, Aiden agrees, and first helps Kenny escape his bubble. Within a blink of an eye, they are in the park, and Kenny is rolling on the ground, playing with a dog. Kenny has one request, and that he has one day as a human teenager, before he spends eternity as a vampire.

SyFy's Being Human Season 3 Episode 11 photo SyFyS3E11_013_zpsc5b4dc73.jpg

Back at the house, Sally is asking Nora and Josh to lock her up so everyone else is safe. She wanted to be at their wedding, but is afraid what she might do. When the couple go downstairs, they see Aiden coming in with Kenny, and looking quite sexy in those shades. He tries to tell them what is happening, and at first, Josh and Nora are not happy with the thought of Aiden turning the boy. Aiden explains that this is what Kenny wanted, and he will try to help the boy once he is vampiric. Surprisingly, Nora agrees. After Aiden and Kenny leave, she tells Josh she understands, Aiden is doing what he thinks he must for his friend. Josh is confused, then clarity comes to him. He, Sally and Nora head out, in search of Donna Gilcrest, the witch who changed Sally. Josh figures if they kill Donna before Sally dies, she won't be damned as she fears. But when they get to the soup kitchen, they find an empty lot. The building is gone. They don't know what they will do next. Back at the house, Nora and Josh are talking, and decide to move up the wedding, so Sally can be with them. They go to her room to tell her, but she is gone.

SyFy's Being Human Sesason 3 Episode 11 photo SyFyS3E11_002_zps04ec8b82.jpg

After a commercial, Sally goes to the funeral home, and sees hunky Max, with an odd proposition. She'd like some bodies to munch on, so she doesn't go after those she loves. She explains she now has a hunger for raw meat - raw flesh, really. He is shocked, and she tells him she realizes how strange it is to ask the man she loves to get her human munchables. He handles it fairly well, all things considered, but feels he can't let her graze on the bodies there, it is just wrong. She understands, but isn't sure what will happen. Back at the house, Josh and Nora break the news to Aiden that they are getting married the next day. Kenny is excited, knocking several things off his human bucket list, including drinking a yucky beer. They Josh's lesbian sister, Emily, shows up, to take Josh out for a bachelor party. Of course, Kenny is on board to join them, and so Aiden will go with them. Back at the funeral home, Sally is helping Max with a body, and when he leaves the room, she can't resist taking a bit out of the dead woman on the table.

SyFy's Being Human Sesason 3 Episode 11 photo SyFyS3E11_006_zps580f5dc3.jpg

At the strip club, Kenny is drooling over the dancers, with Emily deflating his fantasy by pointing out many of the dancers are lesbians. But he is sure they will want him soon, and Aiden interrupts, pulling him aside to tell him to quit with the vampire talk, and go get some orange juice. Josh and Aiden start a serious discussion, and Emily breaks it up, telling them they are getting creepy, and gets Josh a lap dance. As she drags Josh off to the special room, Aiden thinks he seems something, but he isn't sure what. Back at the house, Nora is trying to have a shower with her maid of honor, Sally. But she needs to keep locked up, so she passes her some wine spritzers, and they talk about things. Nora worries about her hair, and Sally tells her to go with a side pony. They smile, although both know what a crazy circumstance they are in. At the club, the raven-haired dancer is lap dancing away, with Josh being distracted. She starts to caress him, touching his hair. And them she goes all vampirish, and tries to bite him. Her fangs are bared, and Josh fights her off. Until Aiden comes in, and stakes her, saving Josh's life.

SyFy's Being Human Sesason 3 Episode 11 photo SyFyS3E11_001_zpsda9c8c62.jpg

As the curtain is open, they see Emily and Kenny looking in, and and Emily is freaked out, and runs out. Josh chases her out, and they talk. He admits he is a werewolf, and Nora is too. And Aiden is a vampire. She is thrown, she now thinks of Aiden as a murderer. She is confused, angry, and hurt, and leaves Josh. He is upset. Back at the house, Aiden is about to turn Kenny, as promised. He even prepared a care package, with bags of O Negative blood, and some werewolf blood as an immune booster. Kenny has second thoughts, after seeing Aiden stake that dancer, realizing that being a vampire might not guarantee eternity, and asks Aiden about his other 'children'. Aiden is honest, and tells him about Henry, who died of the virus. Aiden is forthright and compassionate, and Kenny finally is ready for the process to begin.

SyFy's Being Human Sesason 3 Episode 11 photo SyFyS3E11_004_zps7b304b88.jpg

Adien goes upstairs, and finds Josh drinking a beer. They start to chat, and talk about their perspective curses. They say they want to define their own lives, their own curses. They feel strong, their bond better than ever. Before he leaves for work, Sally asks to see Aiden. She wants him to kill her when her time has come, so she won't hurt anyone she loves. He has an idea, so he lifts his shirt, and says, Eat me" to Sally. She is taken aback, but then understands he wants her to snack on him, and she starts to gnaw on his taught, muscular abs. Frankly, I would have gone for a bit more, but then again... After the snack, she can go to see Alana, the psychic, as she is mostly healed. Alana once directed Josh and Nora to find Donna, and Sally wants guidance and help understanding. Alana is confused, a little scare, but kinda fascinated by Sally's story. She tells her she needs to realize what a strong being she is, and she must beat Donna at her own game, but being prepared to fight once the door comes. After all, she has survived an exorcism, a period in limbo, and so many other situations most could not handle. Sally goes to the funeral home to say goodbye to Max, for she must be moving on. they have a sweet and humorous goodbye, including a kiss. Back at the house, Aiden prepares to go to work, where he will find blood that will help him heal. After all, Sally nibbled on his abs, and we get to see them again. But something comes up to him, and they are fighting in the ally. They struggle, and Aiden finally stakes him. He asks why Aiden did this to him just before he turns to dust. Aiden remembers who it was. It was Kat's ex, Jeff.

SyFy's Being Human Sesason 3 Episode 11 photo SyFyS3E11_008_zpsecb2ed72.jpg

Josh and Nora are talking in the kitchen, and he is disappointed, for he wanted their wedding to be special, and this doesn't feel that way. She tells him all she needs his him to make is perfect. Aiden returns to the basement, checking in non Kenny. He is freaked out, having just realized he didn't remember turning Jeff. What has he cursed Kenny with? Was it worth it? What happens next. Back at Alana's house, the psychic hears a noise and goes to check it out. A man's sneaks up to ask her questions. It is Ray, and he asks her about Sally. He wants to know what she told her. She says nothing, really, but she thinks they need to leave Sally alone, they have taken so much from her already. Ray isn't impressed, and swiftly breaks her neck. He goes back to the witch, to report what is going on. Oh, my, what will be happening next?

Being Human • "For Those About to Rot"

This is Being Human Season 3 Episode 10 of the SyFy Channel's version of the great series first produced on the BBC. Since the early episodes of the series, the SyFy version, set in Boston, Massachusetts, found a narrative of its own, allowing the ghost, the vampire, and the werewolf to step out of the shadowy constraints of the British original and find a life of their own. I love both series!

SyFy's Being Human photo BHUSS03E10_0015_zps63216781.jpg

When we left them last week, things were really starting to get exciting. Nora had a change of heart, and vowed to keep Aiden safe from Liam McLean. Josh did as well, after he had saved the vampire from the werewolf, and was scratched himself. Nora also met another werewolf, Pete, whose laid back attitude and freewheeling ways are the antithesis of Josh. And while chatting with Nick, Sally admitted to eating a mouse, a penchant Nick also shared since resurrection. When his girlfriend Zoe came home to find him chowing on a dog, something happened we are sure was not good. And Aiden recovered from the dreaded blood virus that was killing vampires, with a dangerous drink of werewolf blood. And he shared the secret with Blake, with the promise Josh and Nora remain unharmed. What will happen this week?

SyFy's Being Human photo BHUSS03E10_0005_zps83741ea8.jpg

The episode begins with Josh in the woods, naked and wanting to chat with his wolf. He sees him, but the wolf is skidish, and takes off. Naked Josh is such a pleasant surprise, for I seem to forget how not geeky he is under those shirts. That brings Josh out of his meditation, a bit irritated he can't get in touch with his inner wolf. Pete offers a smile, as well as tea and a cookie. Back in Boston, Aiden wakes up around some trash cans, with only memories of a time long ago, when he was first turned, trying to make things work with his wife, who lost his son in childbirth. He makes his way back to the house, where Sally is up and questioning him about being barefoot and malodorous. Aiden doesn't remember how he got to the trashy alley. She accuses him of going on a bender, and he swears he wasn't, he had just one bag of blood before he went to bed. Sally thinks Aiden is backed up, sexually. It's been too long since he last partook, and Sally thinks his subconscious is taking him out at night, looking for lovin'. Aiden explains his relationship with Kat is not sexual yet, they are about to have their second date. Sally is mocking him, and all I can see is the area of rotting flash on her forehead. But she gets a call from Zoe, and she rushes over, to find Nick lifeless on the floor.

Josh is chatting with Pete, talking about his consciousness, wanting Josh to get some 'face time with his furrier side', and perhaps a night in the camper park with a six-pack will do it. Back to Zoe's house, and Nick is talking, telling Zoe she must be careful, for both he and Sally are dangerous now - at some point the hunger will take over. It is then Nick's door appears, and he he leaves, after warning Zoe to be afraid of Sally - she will be dangerous. I have to admit I will miss his cuteness on the show. Then we see the dead body on the floor, and Sally calls Josh to help burying him there. As they bury Nick's body, Sally talks about the hunger, and that she isn't a flesh eater, but maybe she is. Just mice, she assures him. She's quit, but then she remembers about Stevie, her other ghost buddy that was reanimated. Is he out there all alone, trying to deal with the fleshy hunger? Back in Revolutionary time, Aiden is in church with his wife, joined by the congregation in their mourning, but also asking that they might someday be worthy of having a child. Aiden is angered by the preacher's talk, making their private problems public. Back to present day, Aiden is on his second date with Kat, in a library. She shows him a book, published by Edmund Waite. He is taken aback, and explains he was his father, err, ehm, his father's great grandfather. That uncomfortable moment is interrupted by Kat's ex coming in the room, a welcome misdirection for Aiden.

Josh and an emotional Sally go to the house of Stevie's parents, hoping to learn what is going on with the other ghost reanimated. Sally is worried about telling Stevie's parents their son might be dangerous, but after they knock, it is Stevie who answers, looking fresh. Back at the library, and Aiden fights with the jerk, quite the condescending ass. Kat is glad he managed to get away, but needs to find a place to get some drinks. Stevie is talking to Sally and Josh, about his struggle to find a place for him, what with looking like a teenage boy for the rest of eternity. He also mentions his parents won't be coming back, at least not for a week... Back with an adult beverage in hand, Kat is talking about her relationship with Jeff, the jerky ex. She speaks of his two kids from a previous marriage, and they had a great life together, talking about marriage and more kids of their own. One day, he mentioned there would be no more kids for him, and marriage was overrated. Aiden listened solemnly, and finally explains he can't have children of his own - he wished he could, but it can't happen. This is an odd direction for a second date conversation to take, for is is surely a dark cloud passing. He tells her, he helped create the world in which Stevie feels so much pain. He must make things better for him.

Back in the 1700s, the preacher comes to see see Aiden and his wife, asking why they are no longer attending weekly services. Aiden expresses his anger for the words of the preacher, who points out this is Aiden's problem, and it is unGodly. Push comes to shove, and Aiden punches him. He leaves, and Aiden's wife is upset about what went on. Back in Stevie's house, he is telling Sally he won't go to live with the kids, for they have crazy things happening all the time. Josh goes to the bathroom, and looks for replacement soap. He sniffs around and find a disembodied arm in a cabinet. He calls the two former ghosts, and Stevie admits that he has already eaten his parents, and is now working on the postman. If they really want to help him, he asks if they would help him die. He has wanted to do it, but it brings back the awful feelings of when he committed suicide as a teen. He begs them for their help. They try to console him, and he tries to snack on Josh. Again, he begs for their help. Josh asks Sally to leave them alone, and since he brought them back, he must do something. Stevie is is so much pain, he must fix it. Sally is upset, and can't believe Josh will be doing something like this.

Sally waits in the kitchen, and hears the sound of Stevie's passing. When Josh comes in, she is hurt and worried, knowing she must be next. He holds her tight, telling her they will find a way to help her. Stevie's ghost appears, and thanks them both for all the help they've been, and how they helped him grow in so many ways. His door appears, and he is happy to be passing through it. As he walks through, he looks back, and Sally notices a clam shell on the door. She calls to him, but it is too late, he passes through. She thinks back, and the same thing was on Nick's door, too. She is now worried about what that is all about. Aiden and Kat are about to say goodnight, when she asks about what they might have in mind on the third date. They are both coy and flirty, and Kat makes a move to kiss Aiden. His fangs pop out, and he breaks off their embrace, and tries to bow out gracefully. Outside, he drinks a bag of blood in a dark ally, and then returns to Kat, ready for whatever the night might bring, starting with sucking face. Meanwhile, buck in the woods, a couple of vampires are attacking Pete in his camper as Josh walks up, ready to do some meditation with his werefriend. He enters the damper, and the vampires grab him, and Pete mentions his name, and suddenly they say he and his girlfriend are off limits, and shove him out the door, out cold.

Back with Revolutionary Aiden, his wife is once again giving birth, his wife screaming and him praying for it to happen. His prayers are answered when he hears the screams of his son, and he is in tears. He goes in to see him, and his wife is holding the crying boy, and Aiden thanks the Lord. Aiden wakes up, and is once again in an ally, and he heads home. As he leaves, we see the body of a drained man laying beside the trash cans. The man looks professorial, doesn't he? Could he be... Well, I guess we will learn more next week. Can Josh, Nora and Aiden find the help that Sally needs? Will Josh remember what the vampires said, and realize Aiden told the vampires about the cure, putting all werewolves in jeopardy? Was that Kat's ex in the ally, Aiden's latest victim? There is only one way to know the answers, so don't forget to tune in at 9PM/8PM Central Monday night on SyFy! For more about the show, visit the official website here.
