Sugarbeach • You Believe In Love

Whenever I listen to the music of Sugarbeach, I can't help but love the warmth and richness of the music and Marlee's gorgeous voice. Since they have a new song out, I rushed out to give it a listen, and quickly made my way to iTunes to add "You Believe in Love" to my music library! Ah, but perhaps I am ahead of myself. Sugarbeach are Marlee Walchuk & Nathalie "Tully" Callender, left to right in the cover shot above, partners n music as well as in 'real life'. They also happen to be kick-ass people. Marlee and Tully wrote and recorded "You Believe in Love", a charming and sweet song about love, and how some come to the table with preconceived notions from years of watching movies that might not be the most realistic depictions of love. But it is Romantic Comedies like 'Love Actually' and 'Notting Hill' which gave many a romantic education, for what it's worth. But rather than me telling you about it, let's let Marlee and Tully tell us about it. This is "You Believe in Love".

The sexy ladies from Sugarbeach have done it again. What, you might ask? Well, Marlee Walchuk and Tully Callender wrote and produced their own holiday single, "My Perfect Christmas". It is a beautiful song, and it tells such a wonderful story, I feel we've been invited into their home for the holidays, enjoying life by the fire and watching the ladies prepare for Christmas Day. I know what I can now put on my wishlist, and it is hearing this song as often as I can this Christmas season. Give a listen to Sugarbeach celebrating "My Perfect Christmas".

Sugarbeach • Led Me To You

Sugarbeach is a great duo from Canada, and they have released a new song. Married, Out, and proud since they arrived on the LGBT music scene, Marlee Walchuk and Tully Callender of Sugarbeach take a look at the life experiences that lead us to “love at first sight”, in their latest single, “Led Me To You.” There is enough talent, charm and Pop-tastic filling in the song to make me very happy, and still want more. Marlee and Tully sound in perfect harmony, on the song and in real life. Give a listen.



Callender gives a bit of insight on the new single. “I am so grateful for all the experiences that I had to have before I could be ready to be in this wonderful relationship. It always amazes me how many things had to line up to make sure that we met and fell in love. It was no easy feat considering I lived in Australia and Marlee lived in Canada…oh and I was straight!” "Led Me To You" is available on iTunes and Amazon.
